We process orders for shipping within 3 working days after payment clears. We are unable to process orders on weekends or public holidays.

We ship using Parcel Post with the following delivery targets:
Queensland - up to 4 business days
All other states - up to 8 business days
If you require faster than normal delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every attempt to accommodate your request.
Please contact us directly for a quote to ship overseas.
If you receive a product that is faulty in some way, please contact us as soon as possible (within 7 days of receiving the product) so we can remedy the problem.
You can return any unused product to us within 14 days of receiving it, in exchange for a store credit. Please note that returned product must have all original packaging intact and undamaged to be eligible for a credit. Store credits are valid for 12 months after issue.
We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" returns.
